Audio/Visual Technician | Ministry Partner Grant

FAMILY CHURCH

The Family Church A/V Technician Grant provides funding to employ a part-time team member.
The A/V Technician will work over the course of one-year to:

  • install all of the hardware necessary for a complete livestream video system,

  • program and configure necessary software,

  • operate, maintain, and repair sound, lighting, and video equipment, and infrastructure for use in weekly services,

  • and oversees digital distribution of all sermons through a variety of channels.

This position directly contributes to Family Church’s "Reach Beyond the Walls" initiative. Family Church has been given a NOW ministry by the Lord and feel compelled to deliver the covenant message of "Preparing the Bride" across the nation and beyond.

This grant meets the following criteria as outlined in the Alabaster Foundation Criteria for Ministry Partnership:

  • Family Church is actively working to expand the Kingdom of God through the active and daily discipleship of both their congregation and the local community.

  • Pastor Ron and Vicki Channell are full-time missionaries living and serving in Lawrence, Kansas.

  • Family Church has provided documentation on their legal formation with the IRS.

PART-TIME AUDIO/VISUAL TECHNICIAN

Meet Chris, the new A/V Technician at Family Church funded through our grant! Chris joined the team in February of 2023 and is more than servant-hearted. He is a true blessing to the church. Both the Family Church and Alabaster Foundation teams are excited to see Chris apply his experience and education to help grow the ministry in Lawrence, Kansas. We have no doubts he will help to spread their ministry beyond their local community.
